We reflect on our first year of boarding high school. We go into the logistics of boarding school, what we enjoyed, what we would have done differently, and address some questions. Some information is specific to Phillips Exeter Academy, like dorm and campus culture, whereas other information is relevant to all boarding schools.

We talk with a rising college freshman with her decision to major in geophysics. What is geophysics? What was the college admissions process like?
We interview Julie, one of Lara's good friends, and Justin Li, the founder of the Love to All Project and a rising freshman in the Brown & RISD dual program, in honor of Pride Month. With Julie, we talk about a variety of issues within and outside of the LGBTQ+ community, and with Justin, we talk about his project and its impact for queer youth!
We discuss the importance of exercise, its different forms, and our personal preferences, as well as nutrition, body image, diet culture, and how the media often tries to benefit from this. Lastly, we interview David Chen, who's a rising lower at Phillips Exeter (just like us), about his experience with long distance running and his favorite easy recipes!
Exeter has just released their plans for the fall, and we go over the plan together and talk about how we feel about it. This is a difficult time, and obviously it's going to be tough to adjust because so many aspects of Exeter have changed, but we are excited nonetheless!

We interviewed nine incoming freshman about their thoughts on Exeter's reopening plan and how it affects them in this upcoming school year! Prep year was already tough last year, and now all of the incoming freshman have to deal with being introduced to Exeter's online school as well as the risk of getting sick if on campus. Getting adjusted to Exeter will be pretty difficult, but fun nonetheless! Here are the time stamps for each student:

We discuss what it means to glow up, and then focus on the mental aspect of it. We share our experiences with "glowing up", and how that sometimes involves more physical aspects of a person, such as what one wears or even hygiene. We hope this helped people get a sense of what it means to us to have a "mental glow up", and hopefully it helped you guys kickstart your own glow up journey, if you're not already on one.
